Frutos do Mar, com Tucupi. Rio´s Experience- Fish with Tucupi.



Continuando a experiencia de sabores no Rio, a vista linda brindou com o sabor do peixe com Tucupi, um caldo extraido da mandioca, que, misturado a temperos, é servido junto com o peixe 'namorado', e que adicionou o topo do hotel, no restaurante Orla. Equipe gentil, atenciosa, antes, a entrada de pasteizinhos de carne com tomatinhos, e molho de tomates frescos, delicia mais tradicional. Depois, vieram os bolinhos de arroz com geleia de cebola roxa, humm... O peixe veio em posts generosa, o Tucupi pode ter um aroma e sabor mais forte, e servido com peras fatiadas assadas. Suco de melancia, ah, mas eu não resisti ao meu pecado possível de vez em quando, e em quando, aquela bebida de bolinhas de festa, que não era champagne, e, de sobremesa, a torta de chocolate com sorvete de frutas brasileiras. Voilá, aqui é Brasil.
In Rio, the gourmet tour just had a great experience: mixing the amazing view and a fish with Tucupi. Tucupi is a kind of sauce made of "mandioca"´s extraction,  vegetable, and served with a white fish. There is an option with salmon as well. Yes, there was a watermelon juice but also... that... black liquid full of bubbles that i ... love... good-sinner. The afternoon was amazing, the sun was shinning, and after the rice with purple onions jam, the chocolate pie with brazilian ice cream. Must-have. If i looked tired after flights and airports, it was great to find a peacefull and comfort food inside one of brazilian airports, in Orla restaurant. Nice staff, kind people, photo later.
